Turning My Plant Hobby into a Plant Business

Hi, I'm joe! My journey into the world of house plants started pretty simply. A friend gave me a houseplant as a gift, and I thought, “Why not?” I figured it would be nice to have a bit of green around the house, which I had never considered before! As I watched that little plant grow, I found myself getting more interested in the process… not sure it was because I turned 30 or I finally discovered a hobby I was interested in.... but Before I knew it, my space was filled with different plants, each one adding something unique to my home as my jungle continues to grow.

Lets just say my 1hr quick watering task has become more of an event each week. 

What started as a casual interest quickly turned into a hobby, and then into something more. I realized that taking care of plants was not just about keeping them alive—it was about creating an environment that feels alive. It was rewarding to see how a bit of effort could transform a corner of my home and even my wellbeing.

After spending more time learning about different plants and their needs, I decided to take the next step. I wanted to share what I’d learned and help others bring a bit of nature into their homes for a fraction of the ppice of buying 1 plant. That’s when I decided to start selling house plant cuttings, instead of just overwhelming my friends and family with cuttings and advice

My goal is straightforward: I want to offer healthy, easy-to-care-for plants, that can make your space feel a little more vibrant and natural. I’ve handpicked a variety of plants that I know will thrive in different conditions, whether you’re a beginner, a seasoned plant enthusiast or just wanting to see what the hype is about.
