While I do my best to ensure top quality, please note:

• Cuttings may be rooted or unrooted upon arrival since if they decide to grow you can't stop them

• Rooting time varies by species and conditions.

• Style, colour, size, and pattern may differ slightly from the photos, but I will always provide the best cuttings possible.

• All plants are treated for pests and disease, but please inspect upon arrival. always Quarantine new cuttings before adding them to existing plants.

• I cannot guarantee successful propagation and cannot take responsibility for the propagation process. However, I'm happy to offer advice if needed.

• Please research the suitability of these plants if you have pets or children. Purchase at your own discretion!

Welcome to Plantagation! We're a UK-based houseplant propagation business and we’re fully Plant Passport Certified. By placing an order with us through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Who We Are

  • All our plants are propagated and cared for in the UK. As living products they may vary slightly in appearance from photos. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images.​

3. Plant Passport

  • We are certified under UK Plant Health regulations and supply all relevant passport information where required. This ensures traceability and compliance with UK and EU standards.

4. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation via email

  • If a plant becomes unavailable after you order we will contact you and offer a refund or alternative

5. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

  • All prices include VAT where applicable

6. Delivery

  • We deliver across the UK

  • Orders are dispatched within [1–3 working days] unless otherwise stated in item description

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or extreme weather

  • Delivery will be via the service paid for

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Because we sell live plants, returns are generally not accepted

  • If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue

  • Refunds or replacements are at our discretion

8. Care Responsibility

  • Once delivered, care of the plant becomes your responsibility. We cannot accept liability for plants that decline due to environmental factors after delivery.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of profit, business or opportunity

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of your order

10. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and only collect necessary information to process your order. Your data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
